Coconut Oil? How can a fatty oil help when you are on a weight loss plan? It seems pretty crazy, but a good fat in your diet will be great for your weight loss results.
If you are not satiated, you are hungry. And, when you are hungry, you are going to have some real struggles maintaining your goals. So, enjoy a good fat like coconut oil! It won't boost your insulin levels, and is a natural substance for your body.
Here are some ways to use coconut oil in your diet:
1. Slowly sear salmon with coconut oil to give you a great flavor to your fish
2. Saute vegetables like asparagus, zucchini, or sugar snap peas in the same pan
